At GooMarketo, we strive to create a trustworthy shopping experience by respecting and protecting the intellectual property rights of all parties. This policy is designed to ensure that all interactions within our marketplace are conducted in compliance with legal standards.
Policy Overview:
GooMarketo is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others, and we expect our customers, users, and partners to adhere to the same standards. Infringement Notices:
Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), there is a process for copyright owners who believe their rights under U.S. copyright law are being infringed by material available on the internet. The full text of the DMCA can be accessed at the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf.
GooMarketo has established a process to respond to notices of copyright or other intellectual property (IP) infringement that complies with the DMCA. If you believe, in good faith, that content within GooMarketo’s products or services infringes upon your or a third party’s copyright or other IP, you may request the removal or blocking of such content by delivering a notice to our Designated IP Agent with the following information, meeting the requirements of the DMCA:

We aim to address and resolve any claims of IP infringement within 1-2 business days of receiving a properly formatted notice. Please consult your legal advisor before filing a notice. Note that there can be penalties for false claims under the DMCA. We may provide your notice of infringement to third parties, including the alleged infringer. If the allegations are found to be correct, we may remove the offending material and warn the user who posted it. We reserve the right to suspend or disable the accounts of users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights or mislead others.
